Jessica Majno Founder & Managing Partner

Jessica brings over a decade of experience working with and advising governments, multinational corporations, multilateral institutions and non-profits on corporate strategy and economic development, across more than 20 countries. Previously, Jessica held leadership roles at Monitor Deloitte, the World Health Organization, Freedom House and a number of social enterprises focused on peacebuilding, tech and local economic development. She started her career as part of the Creative Design team for a leading marketing and communications in Syria.

A sampling of projects she’s done along the way include: serving as a Sr. Advisor to the Republic of Georgia on the country’s COVID recovery strategy; designing billboards and a literacy-focused marketing campaign for a Syrian PCP company; co-developing a global social impact strategy for a Fortune 100 electronics company; and launching the Lebanon office and pilot programming for a start-up social enterprise focused on improving foreign assistance through tech.

Jessica holds a M.S. from Georgetown University in Global policy and a B.A. from Brown University. She is an avid runner, wilderness and culture explorer, and musician. She lives between Washington DC and West Virginia, where she and her husband are building a farm with their dog Callie.
